Edit: I really get triggered by this dystopian newspeak. Just call something, that's bound to be despised, with a name of something, that everyone respects for good reasons. If you do this enough, words like "respect" and "despicable" lose their meaning and their differentiation.

Russians aren't called asian, even though russia is in asia.
BTW, a continent is a large landmass (at least mostly) surrounded by sea, or a landmass on a tectonic plate, if you want to enter the realm of geology. In any case, asia is not a continent, just as europe is not a continent. The continent is called eurasia.
So why even make distinctions. Eurasian female raped by eurasian male. Could be neighbors, or they could be originating from literally opposite sides of the planet, with their latest common ancestor literally being an ape. Who the fuck cares. Both are eurasians.
