That was on of my thoughts as well, assuming a certain narrative was accurate over others, they might have gotten the upper hand and he might have failed a willpower roll. Again one can only wish they could do better, but none can promise it honestly.

Q was straight out of the soviet playbook. Trump spent four years playing defense and his appointees are the ones that started the investigations of him. His own appointees were zog. Nothing makes me doubt him more than the behavior of the judges he appointed. However it actually makes me think that he himself got played. I think he got a lot of bad advice from bad actors.

He was rich and white enough to matter, not my kind since we're poor whites from Texas. ("this picante sauce comes from NYC? GET THE ROPE!")
Then I heard him speak and heard him say 'not a politician' and 'America first'. Boom, I was on board, if it was a lie then time would tell, but he talked the talk so was eager to see the walk.
