Devo was so ahead of the curve that they named their mascot "Boogie Boy". Spelled "Booji Boy" due to them running out of "g" transfer letters while making a video.

also as far as "containment" i assume you mean a dyke.... you have to continually pump water, there is no way to contain it at that point.

i think they under normal operation just recirculate and cool the water down and reuse it otherwise. i could be wrong tho
