My water is a constant 57° from a well 225' deep.
How's that work? You just dig the well, pump it up, and add the fluoride later?
Fluoride? What's that? I run it through a softener, and the drinking water goes through an RO filter. Good stuff.

I have been somewhere like that. It was fucking miserable. I don't know why people put up with it.
My hot water heater went out and the idiot maintenence people at my complex were useless. Sent the same guy out for two weeks. Third week I threatened them with a lawyer and amazingly they sent the old dude out and he popped a new element in.
I was glad if was summer. The shower was defintely still warm. AZ summers are insane.
The cold water after a heavy hail storm is truly cold.
On rainwater there's a pretty significant difference in the temp of the cold water between winter and summer. Hot water too, as I have solar hot water with a gas booster, so Summer hot water can be scolding hot, but in winter I can take a shower without any cold water at all.
