My hot water heater went out and the idiot maintenence people at my complex were useless. Sent the same guy out for two weeks. Third week I threatened them with a lawyer and amazingly they sent the old dude out and he popped a new element in. I was glad if was summer. The shower was defintely still warm. AZ summers are insane.
