Yes. I picked up one of the 4GB units when Micro Center first had them available. I haven't used it much, the 2Bs I put in place years ago still run the local network here just fine.

Does it handle 720p/1080p videos or is it "too short" for that?

It runs really really hot, so I didn't use it a whole bunch. Seemed to do video ok, but I didn't press it too hard. It was unsuitable for inclusion into my network rack, all that stuff has to run without fans and in a warm environment.
I usually run mine headless, they're handling network tasks like email routing, serving, and other data shunting tasks.
