It's one of those "hurr my sexuality is not bound by your binary paradigm!!!!" type deals. He's protected, so there's not MUCH. But the "cannibal" and "necro" parts exist.
And I get this is going to put me into question, (but for full transparency) which I'm okay with. But I don't save things about these types of extremes due to what the connected topics often are. So they gay thing, whatever if I'm wrong that's not really that important as the other 2.
