Whoever underwrites my policy clearly sees a lot more claims activity in this ZIP code. And niggers can be thanked for that. If only they were all dead.

The amount of beauty stores is a good indicator as well. Along with the presence of random shopping carts everywhere.

Shopping carts not in their corral is a sign of boomers and niggers. Shopping carts strewn all over town far away from where they belong is a definite sign of niggers. Sand niggers too, believe it or not.

Beauty stores... I haven't really noticed that as I don't frequent them or pay attention to where they are, but I'll be on the lookout now.
