The kikepedia is missing a word, but otherwise correct. Classical liberalism is defined as an attempt to maximize personal freedom. The question is vs what? Everything has a cost and the cost of personal freedom is a smooth functioning society. Disorderly conduct and littering are illegal pretty much everywhere because while maximum personal freedom sounds good in theory, in practice nobody wants it. Liberals are, by definition, an anti-social public nuisance.

The whole thing is, or course, a false dichotomy. Too much order is just as bad as too little. This is why the centrism is always right. Of course National Socialism is a centrist ideology.
