Wrong. As usual. Ice packaged without this logo means they didn't pay for the label. Although it may be possible that it has bacteria or mold, it is more likely to not have it because most companies selling a product that people consume actively try not to make their consumers sick or dead. Also, having a label guarantees nothing. Especially when these types of orgs have an allowable amount that still passed inspection.
