First thing I say is I want it delivered and installed.

Nope , after 45 agonizing minutes , multiple calls for manager , etc
finally all set .
Nope , I see it says outside delivery.
I said , " I wanted that inside delivery installed " First thing I said.
She's explaining why it won't let her do that. I said , thanks for wasting 45 minutes of my time for nothing , and told her to cancel my order.
