All the problems, the expensive batteries, the need for an upgraded grid, the problem of how to generate all the extra power are all part of the plan. They want to hold electric cars out as the solution while they pass all these laws to massively restrict regular cars. Then once all the laws are passed and cars have become so expensive that no one can afford them they will roll out their plans to have us live in small concentrated urban areas, forbidden to travel between because virus. It's all part of a long term plan to make us peasants again.

Idyllic. Until you take into account the fact that electric cars cost much more than you said.

Current electric vehicle prices are:

  • Chevy Bolt: $31,772 - $7500 Federal tax rebate - $2,000 California CVRP - $1500 California Clean Fuel Reward = $20,772
  • Nissan Leaf S+: $31,328 - $7500 Federal tax rebate - $2,000 California CVRP - $1500 California Clean Fuel Reward = $20,328
  • Toyota Prius Prime: $25,931 - $4,501 Federal tax rebate - $900 California Clean Fuel Reward = $20,530
  • Honda Clarity: $30,957 - $7500 Federal tax rebate - $1,000 California CVRP - $1,500 California Clean Fuel Reward = $20,957

That's just some of the available electric cars.A brand new car that has 1/4 the operating costs and costs less than a gas car? Yes, thank you. The plug-in hybrids are even better because you can run on gas, too.

What do you mean they're not that cheap. That's how much they're selling for right now. Check sites like truecar.com yourself. If you don't believe that, email a dealership and pretend you want to buy one.

Electricity is $0.13/kWh at night for me. That works out to $0.026 per mile fuel cost for me. If you were driving a 30 mpg gas car it would be the same as paying 78 cents a gallon for gas.
