Can concur. I'm staring down an alligator in my backyard right now. My lady and I are actually house hunting right now. The odd struggle is our budget is nice cookie cutter houses or low end baller places (5+ acres, pool, house too big). It actually is making shopping more difficult. We don't want a big house we just can't find the right mix. Probably going to end up building our own.
