It gets really cold here, winters can hard freeze. The frost line is considered three feet. I have pressurized pipes near the house about a foot down, they don’t freeze, and they probably won’t. It doesn’t take much distance to keep it at bay. I haven’t really been following how cold you are and for how long, the wind, and what the daytime highs are like, but if water’s running, it’s not freezing. Your house has to be convecting out some heat as well.
