A lot of the stories where the bad buys take the room temperature challenge by average people seem to be from Texas. Capital punishment ends the worst criminals. No state tax is awesome. A whole bunch of land that can still be bought relatively cheaply. I have yet to test it, but I bet if I went around any bunch of people and yelled out "The stars at night, are big and bright" I'm sure the people would clap and complete the song.
