Beans are the poor man's substitute for animal protein.
Like a bed of White rice and beans, ground beef and peppers with tomato sauce on top.

I put 7 kinda of beans in mine with a shit ton of beef and tomatoes, peppers, onions and spices. There's a specific bean to meat ratio that needs to be strictly adhered to.
