According to the El Paso Fire Department, a vehicle exploded at around 1:06pm local time. The spokesperson says a vehicle exploded possibly inside the operations center and people are currently evacuating.

Yeah, that is kind of what I was thinking. It could be from a vehicle that runs on propane or natural gas?
