Yeah, but the fee will be passed on anyway. If they cant outright say there is a minimum they will just rise the price on every product in the store to cover the fees. That is what the CC companies want so you don't know everything costs more because the CC company is pushing more fees. Guess its time for a sign that says "Due to the increased cost of business when using credit processors, all prices have been increased by 5%".
