There was a defcon talk about this and "cyber punk makeup" back in the early 2000's. Turns out that the random "cyberpunk makeup" that they came up with actually works pretty well for screwing with modern facial recognition.
This just takes it to a new step to get it to sperg out and not really be able to understand what it is looking at.
