I just felt this is needed, because some people who claim to be "redpilled", away over think this and end up being angry misogynist incels who bully every woman they encounter online.

The image you're experiencing is overblown.

Most "incels" are simply LARPing feds that are trying to stoke gender division.
Most men in those situations just seek disassociation and revert to apathy.

Anyway, learn of DHVs and learn how to control frame.
Between those two things and posture and vocal tonality, you don't really need more advice.
