Bettering yourself when you know that you should. The hardest part is knowing you need to change and struggling with it. It could be booze it could be nicotine, it could be women, it could even be work. We all struggle...the point is to try and try again. Don’t give up and keep with it! 14 days and going strong so far—though I feel like I’m cheating because I’ve not had a proper day off in months.
