Knowing the future may allow you to 'change' the bad and push the good. And Yes, i would use the knowledge to get rich in Vegas with a few bets.
You can’t change the future that’s the thing. You can win in Vegas but ultimately you can’t change the bet. You can’t change the future just like you can’t change the past. It’s just knowledge. Hypothetically, you try to change the outcome of a horse race but you can’t because it still happens. Future is as unchangeable as the past
Read what you said again. I do not want to change the future on a Bet result, i want to know the outcome and win. Yes 'knowing' the future would allow you to change it. It would take many hours of thought, but one 'action' would change the future. Example. You know the action of a bad man, so you Kill him. SO, ...............
Read my other comments on the post. You can’t change the future. Why would you kill the bad man? To prevent what? Killing the bad man would still cause the bad thing to occur because that’s the destiny of the event.
You can’t change the future just like you can’t change the past, this is why the question is such a great one. Knowing either the past or the future can’t change anything. Sure knowing the future can make you rich but other than money it doesn’t do anything for you.
Money is boring it’s the knowledge that matters.. hence my high IQ question. Would you rather know the past or the future (obviously there is a right answer)
Nothing in your original post said anything about the future being set in stone, you cant follow the logic because you are applying your own unspoken predetermined bias on others thoughts.
