Often we struggle with making exercise a habit. The best way to do it is just commit to a few pushups and pullups. Everyone can do just one.

If you want to do more, that's great! The point of this is to keep consistent

Everyone should be doing some kind of strength training program 3-6 times a week. Personally I like starting strength with a few modifications.

If you’re skinny, start drinking at least a half gallon of whole milk everyday in addition to your regular meals. You’ll need the extra calories to properly build strength and muscle.

I’ve gone from a 185 pound deadlift to 400 in about 8 months. Squat went from 135 to 260. Bench went from 155 to 245. Bodyweight went from 160 to 180.

It should be noted that raw milk contains the enzymes needed to digest it and pasture raised milk has the best nutrients and fat density.
