Much diminished effects. Basically, with CoVid-19, it's fever and tiredness. Seasonal flu could be fever, coughing, sneezing, body aches, tiredness, diarrhea, sore throat, etc. CoVid-19 may spread like crazy, but outside of the 60+ crowd or people already ill, it's a yuge nothing burger.
Seems to be, if what they’re telling us is factual. We’ve been keeping flu records for a long time. I believe I read somewhere today that there have been more deaths this flu season in one week than from all Wuhan flu deaths, but that was just one source. There has never been these unprecedented reactionary restrictions put in place ever for anything, when there have been tons of sick and dying from flu. Swine, h1n1 did not seem to be any worse than this and we all survived without crashing the economy and ruining lives. No mass hysteria. No wide spread panic. So why different this time? A means by which to power and rights grab, or concealing more health related horrific details as to why this reaction? Either scenario sucks.

Here, there were more than 100 deaths due to flu and less than 15 due to coronavirus. Every year, we have hundreds of deaths due to flu (not to mention other causes). So I agree that something doesn't add up.
