They are violating every other amendment. What's so special about the 4th?
That they're aren't directly violating the others, in a personal capacity, right at this moment.
Not for you, but in general.
As the argument goes "It's a private business, it can do what it wants" right? No free speech on Twatter is fine because it is a business, right?
So who cares if your employer decides to not give you the sanctity of your own body?
Fight everything or you will lose everything.
I feel for you, but technically, they aren't violating the 4th, or any other amendment, because the Constitution only limits government and not business.
People limit businesses. You do. If you don't want it, you are the only one that can stop this.
(Unless you tell me where it is, and I am close enough to stop something)
I wonder if pulling some Citizens United jew-do could come in handy. If another person tried to violate the sanctity of my body without consent, I'd have a legal case against that person. Companies are totally, legitimately people now, so I get to yell "RAPE!!!" as loud as I want; possibly to a lawyer that enjoys hand-rubbing.
