Not for you, but in general.

As the argument goes "It's a private business, it can do what it wants" right? No free speech on Twatter is fine because it is a business, right?

So who cares if your employer decides to not give you the sanctity of your own body?

Fight everything or you will lose everything.

I feel for you, but technically, they aren't violating the 4th, or any other amendment, because the Constitution only limits government and not business.

People limit businesses. You do. If you don't want it, you are the only one that can stop this.

I wonder if pulling some Citizens United jew-do could come in handy. If another person tried to violate the sanctity of my body without consent, I'd have a legal case against that person. Companies are totally, legitimately people now, so I get to yell "RAPE!!!" as loud as I want; possibly to a lawyer that enjoys hand-rubbing.

That does sound like a viable option.

Another option that people have talked about (no idea of the result) is to print off the 8 page or whatever legal form about vaccination liability and make the company rep read it - telling them you will hold the company liable for any harm that occurs from the vaccination, along with everyone in your direct managerial chain, HR and the actual person administering the jab.

Change the document to add some sort of compensation - maybe 100million from each - to make sure they know you are serious. This includes even getting a cold from that day forward.

Still would require you to think about getting the jab if they sign, but it might not come to that. If they let you go for trying to use the document, you could probably sue based on that as well.
