I don't even know if it can be called propaganda.. when only one side is allowed to lie then who gives a fuck if they took his teeth out and changed the way he looks good he might feel like that and that is his truth! Come on now. Let's be fair. He took out his dentures and didn't bathe or comb his hair. Of course, that could be a result of being depressed emotionally which IS a direct result of isolation. You can see his mental state in the haggard look of his face. Also, the lighting in that second photo sucks. The first looks like a studio portrait taken at a happier time over a year ago.
Anecdotal of course, but I did put my head inside of a plastic bag for about a minute and a half during lockdown.
