Obviously doctored image pushing an agenda. Yes it is propagsnda. The settings are not the same and the pictures cannot be compared... The first one is with a nice lighting, second one from below, bad lighting, poorer picture quality, noteeth in, not combed...

That’s very close to what I am saying. It’s encouraging to me that there are people making this propaganda; it means there exist effective propagandists on our team.
