Oh yeah, we’ve always been allowed to buy beer and wine in grocery stores but liquor stores were closed on sundays(don’t sell beer or wine) I believe they still close at 7pm or maybe that was relaxed. Then Washington state passed a law a few years ago that all grocery stores could sell alcohol and Oregon in a panic allowed our liquor stores to be open on sundays and they may have also let them stay open later, I still get there by 7 and never go on sundays(habit and each one is different now). But most are family owned and are closed, there’s a few in the area that are open on sundays though. I still don’t understand why bars have to close at 2:30 other states allow them open later, why as adults do we have a curfew and cut off time. What about people who work second shifts?
