Find like-minded people within the company and see how many you can come up with. Figure out how fucked the company would be if all of you quit or were fired for non-compliance. If you have a critical mass of people tell them to shove it up their ass and to fuck off.
The company is at about 60% vaxxed and the number hasn't increased much at all, even with the Delta fear-mongering. Hence the town hall. I'm not worried about them trying to force me because I can pretty easily find a new role. I am definitely open about not being vaxxed and about remaining so.
