In the 15-page ruling on Monday, U.S. District Judge Mark Pittman said that the plaintiffs, six United Airlines employees, had not established they would suffer 'imminent, irreparable harm' if he did not issue a preliminary injunction against the mandate.

Silly me. I would have thought it was the drug companies who would have had to prove that the plaintiffs weren't in any danger of irreparable harm.

That and I sunburn easy enough in Ohio. I'd have to dress like Lawrence of Arabia if I moved down there.

I do love seasons. This fall weather right now is my favorite.

I don't burn too easily. Being mostly Sicilian does have that benefit. If I had my choice of seasons they'd be spring and fall. Summer and winter are too hot and too cold, respectively.
