In the 15-page ruling on Monday, U.S. District Judge Mark Pittman said that the plaintiffs, six United Airlines employees, had not established they would suffer 'imminent, irreparable harm' if he did not issue a preliminary injunction against the mandate.

Silly me. I would have thought it was the drug companies who would have had to prove that the plaintiffs weren't in any danger of irreparable harm.

Haaaaaaaaaaaaaahahahahahah. Remember, I was born and raised in NYC where you pumped your own gas, because they charged extra per gallon to have someone do it for you.
