America and GB purposely provoked them. Knew they were coming. Ignored the fleet when it was sighted. And permitted the attack, having moved the fleet contrary to orders. It was all a false flag to enter America in a war they engineered from start to finish.

Both parties had a secret agreement with Hitler too. Caused a change in ascension to the crown.
