"All acts, laws, orders, rules, and regulations of the United States Government, whether past, present, or future, that infringe on the people’s right to keep and bear arms as guaranteed by the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution and Arkansas Constitution, Article 2, § 5, are invalid in this state, shall not be recognized by this state, are specifically rejected by this state, and shall be considered null and void and of no effect in this state."

Still needs to get through the house and the idiot governor but there is a good chance.

It's a weak bill, it doesn't invalidate all federal gun laws, just those which "violate the 2nd amendment," which is redundant. if they're going to follow it up by actually ordering the police to stop enforcing specific laws then that might mean something.

A stronger move would be to pass a competing supremacy clause in their constitution.
