The main issue was that the murderer was obviously hiding, jumped out, and took a shot without prior warning. A simple "stop or I'll shoot", might have been enough to clear him in a real judicial system. However, he made no such warning. Most people tend to freeze when a gun is pointed at them and they are threatened with death.

As a general rule, if you want to know if a police officer had a justifiable shooting look at the other cops on scene. If they look shocked or going for cover then the shooting wasn't justified. This is especially so if the other officers were in the line of fire. There were other officers on the other side of the door looking shocked immediately after the shooting.

Yeah if you want to get talmudic about it sure. There were people actually being aggressive and attacking the cops. They were pushing deeper into the capital while yelling about overthrowing the government. It was only a relatively small group of people who got suckered in by the feds for sure, but shooting her definitely stopped that whole group in their tracks. And if she wasn't intending on fighting herself, and she just thought the whole thing was fun, well she fucked around, she found out. Not to be a black pill about it, I have nothing but pity for the poor suckers that got caught in the trap. True to form, a lot of the people the fed entrapped were low iq, crazy, or both. This doesn't apply to the much bigger group that was let in. It's bullshit those people got charged and harrassed. I mean, go ahead and wave the bloody shirt same as they did to us after that fat girl died in charlottesville.
