There is absolutely a slam-dunk case for defamation. They have to prove that the words Biden spoke harmed his livelihood, though. That's a tougher case to prove.

Any good defense attorney for Biden can say the controversy around Kyle was already high and Biden did little to impact Kyle's livelihood (or safety).

But there is definitely a slander case against Biden, here.

Sadly the US govt has immunity against all lawsuits so no one would take it

Not exactly. The Qualified Immunity only applies to things they do that are part of their job, and it only covers individuals, not the offices or bureaus they are part of. So if a cop violates your civil rights you can sue the department for not training them properly. In this case, Joe Brandon defamed a kid while bloviating on a social media site, so it's the equivalent of penning an OpEd letter to a newspaper. So not part of his official duties. The kid can sue the White House for allowing their official Presidential twitter account to be used off-label for this purpose.

biden and politicans aren't the only ones guilty of smearing him as both a "white supremacist" and a "murderer" when neither were true.

they caused crowdfunding efforts organized on his behalf to be shut down directly causing monetary damages while simultaneously profiting on blatant lies.

If he wasn't president yet he was a civilian.

Yea the prosecution team should take this one up since they are doing such a bang up jobs on their first attempt as lawyers.

>impacted his livelihood

Nigger, trying to influence a jury via the bully pulpit so that someone gets prison time is a massive impact on their livelihood - not to mention the ruined reputation and its impact.
