Homeschool your kiddos. Without exception. Secede from crumbling systems of indoctrination and failure. Vote for your local school boards, sure, for what it's worth. But also realize that we are not legislating ourselves out of this flaming shithouse. Your kids school years fly by. Don't sacrifice them on a false premise and hope that things will improve. We are witnessing the late stages of a decades long infiltration and subversion of our education/social preparation system. On the bright side, there are a multitude of online based home school curriculum options available that are tailor made for triple digit IQ children. Classical Education models to self paced, real world applicable skill sets. Keep the kids involved in sports or youth groups for the socialization, but do em a life long solid and get em the fuck out of the American Public School System.

I home-schooled my two youngest through 7th grade, out of necessity...the school district we were in was almost 60% black, and was ranked in the bottom 5% in the state. When I got to a conservative-leaning town that was over 90% white, I put them in public school so they could develop social skills, and as they were musically inclined, they joined the school band programs. I stayed on top of the situation. The kids and I talked daily about their classes and what was being taught. I knew what their GPAs were at all times. Both children were at the top of their classes, with very few social problems. The youngest graduated valedictorian.
