Not to mention. The whole situation described above is nothing more than a failed cover story. Sounds like this was CIA docs and the kid (NG) had no way to access those files in the first place.
The only thing that keeps from from completely agreeing with you is the knowledge of just how disjointed and utterly retarded those Ning our government are.
Maybe when is as silo’d as the CIA things get a little more streamlined, but that’s hard to believe. We had a congressman pushing back on Air Force decisions based of fear of an island cap using for God’s sake…

I'm not sure I follow what you are saying. You think I don't know the people running government are idiots?
Regardless. Yes it was a CIA document that was leaked. The compartmentalization of the federal government and it's intelligence branches makes it a next to zero chance that a low level National Guard member could get access to those papers. My point was that this is all a cover story for the real OP which is pushing the Restrict Act. Except they failed with the Scapegoat and the cover story for the reasons I mentioned earlier. So yes they are stupid and I know it.
My point is that I struggle to believe our government is competent enough to pull off acts incedious as the ones that are sometimes discussed here.
They’re slow and incompetent.
In reality, though, it probably is more a concerted effort by (((major corporation heads))) and useful idiots highly ranked enough to do their bidding…
Have you ever read the book, “Confessions of an Economic Hitman”? Recalling that, I see a more plausible explanation.
