Not to mention. The whole situation described above is nothing more than a failed cover story. Sounds like this was CIA docs and the kid (NG) had no way to access those files in the first place.

I'm not sure I follow what you are saying. You think I don't know the people running government are idiots?

Regardless. Yes it was a CIA document that was leaked. The compartmentalization of the federal government and it's intelligence branches makes it a next to zero chance that a low level National Guard member could get access to those papers. My point was that this is all a cover story for the real OP which is pushing the Restrict Act. Except they failed with the Scapegoat and the cover story for the reasons I mentioned earlier. So yes they are stupid and I know it.
