I've been at that crossing and I don't see how you get up to 100 mph in that area. The Casino they were coming from is only a few blocks from the crossing. Maybe the driver was shitfaced.

Just going a little conspiracy theorist for fun but, they haven't named the guy yet...and they were on their way to a KISS concert, a super famous jewish band. Maybe he's muslim, thus not naming him yet, and maybe he was going to explode KISS. KISS cancelled the tour so he decided to blow up a bridge instead?

I didn't see a report of a second bomb. The next nearest border crossing is the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge I-190. It isn't too far off, maybe 5 miles.

I wonder if the car had a software malfunction that caused the car to go to 100 MPH, or the driver collapsed due to medical reasons and his foot hit the accelerator (medical consequences caused by the vax perhaps), or the driver was more valuable dead than alive by certain individuals.
