Just going a little conspiracy theorist for fun but, they haven't named the guy yet...and they were on their way to a KISS concert, a super famous jewish band. Maybe he's muslim, thus not naming him yet, and maybe he was going to explode KISS. KISS cancelled the tour so he decided to blow up a bridge instead?

Tiny explosion so probably not but it's weird they haven't named the driver yet. They keep saying they were a wealthy couple that just left a casino, clearly they know who it is.
