I didn't see a report of a second bomb. The next nearest border crossing is the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge I-190. It isn't too far off, maybe 5 miles.

The cable news clips i saw reported two bombings when this happened. I wonder if it was some now antiquated automated system that detected two explosions
