This is kind of meh...the train could be any number of things. Units moving to another base for training. Bases getting new or returning equipment for refurbishment/upgrades. It could be the Texas Guard's, it could be other state's equipment. Units returning/deploying.
These kind of tweets are stupid and pointless. They would mean more if they give a direction of travel of the train and a city where the photo was taken, but even that would be speculation. A few years ago there were trains with Bradleys and tanks and all kinds of other equipment in LA. Which isn't surprising when you know there's a refurbishment depot in the state.

Completely agree. Technically any federal officer that follows his orders to disrupt what is going on in Texas is undermining the constitution making them traitors guilty of treason.

Unfortunately, that's not how the UCMJ works. As far as that is concerned, the orders are lawful and if you tried to go against them because they violate the Constitution you'll get charged with mutiny.

They were not ordered by Congress. They were ordered by Biden. So again if federal employees, under the direction of Biden, interfere they are committing treason.
