Unfortunately, that's not how the UCMJ works. As far as that is concerned, the orders are lawful and if you tried to go against them because they violate the Constitution you'll get charged with mutiny.

They were not ordered by Congress. They were ordered by Biden. So again if federal employees, under the direction of Biden, interfere they are committing treason.
Congress has nothing to do with this. This is how the DoD works since (((Congress))) passed the UCMJ policy to prevent another Nazi situation after WWII. 99% of all orders issued by PoTUS and officers are lawful, whether it causes treason or not because it is so easy to charge someone with mutiny.
The enlisted are not beholden to the oath to defend and uphold the Constitution as 99% of the population believes.
