This is kind of meh...the train could be any number of things. Units moving to another base for training. Bases getting new or returning equipment for refurbishment/upgrades. It could be the Texas Guard's, it could be other state's equipment. Units returning/deploying. These kind of tweets are stupid and pointless. They would mean more if they give a direction of travel of the train and a city where the photo was taken, but even that would be speculation. A few years ago there were trains with Bradleys and tanks and all kinds of other equipment in LA. Which isn't surprising when you know there's a refurbishment depot in the state.
