How the fuck can "CPR" be a fetish unless I have no fucking clue what that actually means and not the medical procedure.
Wyoming is a huge state with the fewest people in the US, and loooong response times for ambulances during emergency calls.
As such, CPR training is often mandated as a requirement for graduation from high school, often enough that bills have been proposed to make it a statewide mandate: https://www.wyoleg.gov/Legislation/2017/SF0082
My guess is that if you have a bunch of hormonal teenagers taking basic EMS classes together, some of them are bound to develop fetishes because of that.
Yeah, I don't buy it. Also, I am CPR certified, was certified as a teen and have no odd kink/fetish over that.
Also, as another note. No, you do not practice CPR on a living person. Its creepy training dolls. If you have a thing for that, there is something bigger wrong with you.

Yeah, and I watched Thundercats as a kid, and didn't develop a furry fetish.
I'm not saying taking a CPR class as a teen guarantees you will develop a CPR fetish, I am suggesting a plausible reason as to why Wyoming was listed as having one.
Edit:

I know this, but for my EMS classes we did have to practice spine-boarding and AED placement, and we did that on each other.
Fair enough, I just don't get it. Then again, I guess I don't watch porn and have no interest in these strange kinks/fetish things.
