You can't point pistols at people unless you're legally in the right to pull the trigger.

Castle doctrine doesn't cover this? They had a ton of people on their property including some threatening them with weapons.

No. Castle Doctrine does not allow the brandishing of a weapon. The law basically suggests that you can't pull a gun on someone unless your allowed to pull the trigger, and you can only pull the trigger if you are in fear of imminent seriously bodily injury or death. Castle Doctrine protects you from liability by making it clear that you have no obligation to retreat or flee. If defending your person or property puts you in imminent fear of serious bodily injury or death, then you can defend yourself, regardless of your ability to get away.

How were they not in fear of imminent injury? There was 50 people there that broke through their gate. I'm asking, not being a smart ass. I need to look into the law side of this stuff.
