This is stupid as hell but could backfire. Every printer in the US requires "micro dots" to be printed on the paper along with whatever is printed. It makes it easy to trace a printed document back to the printer that created it. It would sure be interesting if 10k ballot's were printed from the same printer. Though, I am sure they would try to get around that by printing them all at a local library or a kinkos or something.
