Perfect opportunity for a person or persons, using a VPN which exits in California, to use these ballots with actual California addresses and names. Addresses and names should be niggers and crack heads living in the worst areas of East LA, Compton, etc. where they can't even read and write much less figure out an on-line ballot. I figure that ten hacktivists churning out 100 ballots per hour (using a python script) would flood the recall election with at least 25,000 ballots per day if done 24/7.

I'm just passing along this idea -- a fren mentioned it to me a while ago while we were passing the pipe around and getting head from an MILF.

So...does this mean we can print our own vax cards too?

Only in California, and only if you plan on spreading AIDS.

Why is everyone ok with not having thier vote be private all of a sudden... If this is the case let's have open elections where you can see your vote was counted correctly and every vote is listed publicly with names removed but with a random key that you are given at time of vote.

I always wanted a system where your ballot had a serial number that you could look up and see if your ballot was recorded the way you voted. If you make the numbers obvious they can't really be used to sell votes and confirm because anyone has access to all ballots.

I can't say, "Hey, pay me my $500 because I voted the way you wanted for Biden. Check ballot 1123456 for proof." because I could have just searched through the ballot numbers until I found a Biden vote and used that number.

What if the system was corrupted to start repeating the same number for majority red counties? There is no way to tell that 1000 people didn't get the same 690666 number for example .

You still need to be able to verify the count. Looking up your vote in some database (that might not even be used for counting) doesn't verify anything.

If you can look up all the votes you can verify the count.

They could actually make this pretty secure - if they wanted to. All it takes is for a registered voter to be required to submit their name and address to the Web site. Upon verifying registration status the system uses the Secretary of State's secret key to sign the voter's ID and a unique GUID for that ballot and prints it in a barcode on the ballot. Now a print-at-home ballot is still tied to a voter and authenticated by the Secretary of State with a cryptographic signature that can be checked by anybody with the SoS's public key.

Now there can be no ballots that aren't legitimate ballots. You stop double-counting by flagging all ballots with duplicate voter IDs. The only way for fraud is for the SoS to be in on it, and that's pretty easy to prove.

We watched programmers go in to a Diebold voting machine and switch votes back in the 90s.

The fraud isnt occuring because we dont know how to secure elections.

We know how to secure them (starts with paper and pencil), but that isn't the goal.

The ballots aren't technically the issue. The people counting the ballots and the people reporting the fraudlent "results."

Larry Eldar will win the actual vote, but Newsome will win the recall mostly from “home printed” mail in ballots.

This is stupid as hell but could backfire.

Every printer in the US requires "micro dots" to be printed on the paper along with whatever is printed. It makes it easy to trace a printed document back to the printer that created it.

It would sure be interesting if 10k ballot's were printed from the same printer. Though, I am sure they would try to get around that by printing them all at a local library or a kinkos or something.

I'm sure there will be people available to help shitskins navigate the voting process. anyone that thinks Maxine Waters was fairly elected by her district has brain damage.
