Can you kill a fetus the day before it’s born? The day after? Morally, what’s the difference between the two? Is passing through a vagina the only thing that makes an organism human? And if neither are acceptable, then where do you draw the line and why is that timing any better than a different one? I’m not 100% against the idea of abortion. I am 100% against the federal government making decisions on this level, though. We’re a nation of states, and for a reason. Roe v Wade is a de facto example of federal government overreach.
